2.Develop, source & liason with the buyers to strategise the core functions of merchandising activities & be accountable for all key performance indicators.
3. Manage & establish the supplier relationship / vendor mgmt activities, involve in outsourcing, pricing & costing & be responsible for timely delivery of schedules.
4. Provide support functions of supply chain, material selection & procurement, fabric development, final price negtiations & long term sourcing objectives.
5.Identify merchandise staffing requirements & oversee the entire process from product development to customer satisfaction, including quality calims, documentaion( export docs, ledger calims, invoicing) & resolution of vendor issues like sourcing & procurement.
6. Responsible for all styles meeting finalizations timelines, including material development completion & material / garment testing & color approvals.
7. Indentify product needs not met by source base , investigate the new sources & start up new factories as needed.
