Job description
Very Good documentation skills
8+ Years of IT experience, 4 - 6 years on SAN & storage. Manage and ensures all deliverables are met for the represented service tower as a member of the Account Service Team (AST). Will be the tower technical responsibility for designated account. Help in providing pro-active inputs for potential growth opportunities. Available as an escalation engineer and leads escalation activities within the tower. Must have strong understanding of EMC storage technologies - Clariion & Symmetrix, which includes storage consulting, implementation and administration knowledge. Good Knowledge on ITIL processes. Strong platform knowledge [UNIX/Wintel]. Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree.
