2. Financials preparation (both quarterly and annually)
3. Preparation of Monthly MIS
4. Preparation for Board meetings (financials etc)
5. Analysis of various expenses, advances etc
6. Working capital management (Both fund based and non fund based with consortium bankers)
7. Fixed asset accounting, maintenance
8. Application of various laws on day to day activities (Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Company Law etc)
9. Servicing foreign currency debts
