The Finance function at ARM helps the organization to maintain book keeping as per Indian GAAP and also facilitate preparation of financials as per IFRS, Budget and Cost assessment, Administer and implement group finance polices, Facilitate Treasury management, Fixed assets management, payroll processing, co-ordinate with internal and external audits, SOX compliance, statutory compliance in the field of Direct & Indirect tax laws, Company law, PF, PT, RBI, STPI requirements, etc,
