His job responsibilities shall be :
1. To achieve Collection Targets of the state or region assigned, ensuring meeting Penal Interest Targets, increase realization on sale of vehicles & meeting the targets on Cost of Collections.
2. Keeping the Write Off per cent within risk pricing.
3. Control portfolio in terms of bucket flows, Portfolio analysis & review.
4. Approve waivers on Penal Interest as per delegation matrix.
5. Ensuring adequate \"Feet on Street\" availability area-wise / bucket-wise / segment-wise.
6. Ensuring Legal guidelines are complied for entire Collection Structure including adherence to code of conduct. Manage & put support mechanism for Legal / Police issues.
7. Ensuring Audit queries are complied with, ensuring corrective & preventive actions.
8. Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for DSA / Agencies / Collection Executives, monitoring performance against set parameters & daily review of Area Managers & monthly review of Collection Officers.
9. Approve Agency / DSA appointments as per policy.
10. Recruitment of Collection Officers / Area Managers.
11. Constant evaluation of DMAs & Agencies.
12. Management of repossession & custody & sale of seized stock.
The candidate should have good people management skills, negotiation skills. He should be affirmative in nature, strong leadership skills, clarity of thoughts & perseverance. Should possess good conceptualization skills.
