1) 15- 20 years of experience in Core Banking/ Banking Technology/ Retail/ Corporate Banking.
2) Experience in products like Finacle/ Temenos/ Flexcube.
3) Delivery management in the Banking vertical in a large services organization/ Ideally with multiple core banking systems, Ideally in the emerging geographies.
4) Understands the lay of land (systems wise) in a Bank/ Has a view on the IT direction in the Banking industry/ Proven background scaling teams and building businesses.
5) Broad experience in liasioning with the IT teams for developing core banking products.
6) Solid experience in Credit Risk, Market Risk and Operational Risk.
