8 + yrs of experience; with atleast 4 years of experience on Siebel Projects - Must be playing the role of a soln arch in current projectHas been a part of atleast 2 - 3 full life-cycle project deliveries (requirement stage till deleivery) Exp in applying design patterns, architecting of solution/applications, reuiqrements management & change management Ability to interface with relevant stake holders on the architecture & design aspects of projects Excellent Communication skills
