Overall production planning and ensuring production targets are met, timely deliveries are made to the customers and the quality of product is as per desired standards.
Efficient management of Die shop, Tool room activities and Machine shop
Minimizing down time, rejections and break downs.
Keeping the inventory of the monthly consumables and other resources at proper level.
Guiding Plant Engg for preventive maintenance.
Taking initiative to improve the process of production by bringing effective changes in processes of machine shop, assembly, metallurgy testing, heat treatment etc.
