Candidate will be responsible for handling Entire production of EPS.
Production planning and controlling of Customer orders on priorities
Timely Execution of customer orders without any delay in
Production planning and grade.
To produce all material with minimum wastages and rejection
To organize for all input materials that are required to execute orders well in time. This is to be done by proper coordination with purchase department and at the same time maintaining the given inventory norms..
Up keep and maintenance of all machinery and Auxiliaries in production department with the help of maintenance department.
To increase productivity in all machines by proper planning and better output without effecting the quality of the products
To minimize down time of all machinery/ auxiliaries by proper coordination & interaction with maintenance department continuously.
Man Power Planning and scheduling with the support of HR department
Effective utilization of all available man power with a view to reduce unwanted resources.
To develop new products at the earliest from the enquiry from any customer by coordinating adequately with Concerned.
To develop, maintain and report proper MIS on all production related activities for the concerned superiors of Sperry.
