As Head of Operations you will be responsible to build, lead and manage the team responsible for the entire Sinnar unit, as a separate SBU. You will motivate, guide and provide directions to your team to help create an ambience of harmonious yet highly disciplined and professional work culture.
You are expected to take charge, co-ordinate, control, and monitor activities of Production, Maintenance, Stores, Logistics & Customer Liaison, HR & administration, projects, QA & QMS. You are expected to interface with customers, government authorities and service providers to ensure smooth functioning of the unit’s operations.
As a member of the core team, you will interface with heads of Finance and Business
Development groups to identify key business / investment opportunities, formulate strategies to help Zylog grow globally.
You are expected to focus on complete Quality management of the unit, not only in terms of product, but also processes and systems. You will bring in and maintain a quality focused approach at all levels in all processes, to create Zylog as a global benchmark for compounding plants.
