2. Should be able to prepare financials for statutory audit, schedules, notes and related reconciliations.
3. Should have the knowledge of Accounting Standards.
4. Should have the knowledge of month end finance close process.
5. Should have handled direct and indirect taxes
6. Should be able to prepare IGAAP and USGAAP reconciliation.
7. Should be having very good knowledge of Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint.
