•Make complex content easy for the intended audience to understand
•Translate source content into illustrations, examples, and cases for instructional materials
•Write instruction and instructional materials for delivery via e-learning, live classroom and virtual workshops, video, audio,
and mobile and web 2.0 platforms
•Vary his/her writing style and level of complexity to accommodate the learner’s profile
•Collaborate with various team members including the Account Directors and Managers to ensure that deliverables meet client expectations and are within stated timelines and budgets
•Follow our development processes and production methodologies
•Utilize our proprietary MS Word scripting tool to specify interactivity, graphical treatments, and animations for
e-learning courses.
•Serve as a content team lead on projects comprised of freelance writers and designers
•Participate in project meetings by phone and in person as required
•Contribute to ongoing internal projects that enable to strengthen its core offerings and infrastructure
