2. Technically, to close System Verification Test issues under help of TE, QE, ME and Dev. Teams. 25 %
.. Training Engineers on New technology, Demo on New product
.. Effectively establish ISO process compliance in NPI function.
3. To guarantee All parts in for SVT and Mass Production. To make sure at least 8 weeks continuous computer supply after Ship support 25 %
4. Responsible for ontime Govt order Inspection Execution as per Engg procedure
5. To lead con-call among teams and make simple decisions 10%
6. e2e risk management of the supply chain
7. Supporting Safety engineer to ensure pondy plant holds Safety certifications
8. Handling all Audit such as Safety, Security, Product Safety & ISO for NPI
9. Measuring KPI & present in WW NPI and Dept meeting in India
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (Metrics) :
1. On time New Product Launch & Support DOI
.. 100% ontime SS as per WW Project plan
2. Ontime Innovation execution (Cost Optimization, PFMEA, Improve Quality & Serviceability)
.. 95% closure within 1month of SS
3. Ontime Customer Inspection
.. 95% closure within 10 BDs once FF sends clean orders
4. Ontime Project/Strategy points Delivery
5. New Product Technical evaluation inline with WW
.. 100% closure within SS date+1Wk
6. Govt/Tenders Technical clearance
.. 100% ontime as per business deadline
7. Ontime LSS Project Certification
.. GB-1, Kaizen - 2 nos,
