• Work collaboratively with technical team members to gather required information to build corporate and marketing collaterals
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while working with the Sales Team, the Marketing Department, or independently
• Edit and proof grammar (American or Neutral preferred), spelling, and formatting of all marketing materials
• Must have the ability to learn software by hands-on experience
• Create marketing collateral for online distribution as well as print material
• Assist in the writing, delivery, and tracking of press releases
• Help produce and distribute the monthly newsletter
• Assist the Sales Team in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations
