Coordination with functional support team to ensure timely delivery of new requirements.
Liaison with vendor as per project plan
Support for preparation of data flow diagram and flow chart for new developments
Monitoring and resolution of all technical issues
Testing and end user support for new software development
Development and planning for new IT projects
Implementation and post live support for new IT initiatives
Feasibility study for all new user requirements
Preparation of as-is and to-be documents.
Outsourcing management for third party software
System analysis and design
Coordination with DPA and business application team
Management of software development life cycle (SDLC)
Training to all end users
Patch management and technical support
Preparation of user manual
Preparation of business blue print
